Children are welcome to the environment when they are two and half years old, provided there is vacancy.
Procedures & Terms and Conditions
1. Registration Procedures and Rules
1.1 Registration forms are to be filled in and submitted to the School Office before the end of the Registration period.
1.2 Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms will be processed.
1.3 Date for test/interviews will be given at the time of registration.
1.4 Registration Fees is not refundable.
2. Admission Procedure
2.1 Entrance Test/Interviews
Admission to Montessori Section (21/2 - 41/2 years) will depend on interviews of parents.
2.2 Admission formalaties :

a) Successful candidates whose name are included in the list must pay the fees by the dates indicated on the list of the declared results displayed on the School Notice Board, otherwise admission will stand cancelled.

b) Parents are requested to carefully fill and submit the Admission Form Transportation Form (Where applicable) and Medical Form, at the time of payment of fees. These forms are enclosed in this booklet. ONE FORM is to be used per child.

c) Date of birth of the child is required to be supported by the birth certificate in original issued by the Municipal Corporation/Local bodies asapplicable along with a certificate photostat copy thereof. An affidavit or any other evidence is not acceptable in support of birth certificate. It is to be attached with the admission Form.

d) A Transfer Certificate from a recognised institution must be submitted along with the Admission form, if the child has come from a different school.

e) The admission card will be issued to parents only after all four forms are duly filled and admission formalities are completed.

f) Parents are to report to the reception counter on the dates specified in the joining instructions, along with the admission card. The ward will not be allowed to attend classes if the admission card is not produced.

g) Your ward has to report incomplete school Uniform along with books and stationary as prescribed by the school. (Uniform, along with books and stationary are available at the authorised school shops).

3. Non-refund of Fees
All fees once paid are not refundable for any reason whatsoever.
4. Withdrawals Rules
4.1

Application for withdrawal is to be made on a prescrived proforma available in the School office.

4.2

A one month notice period is required for withdrawal.

4.3

Transfer Certificate will be issued after one week from the date of withdrawal.

5. Bus Rules
5.1

Existing routes will continue to ply. Change in routes and bus stops will not be entertained during the session.

5.2

It will be the sole responsibility of the parents to escort the pupil to and from the fixed bus stops. The bus facility entended to parents at their risk and responsibility.

6. Right to Alteration/ Modification
6.1

Management reserves its right to modify, after/or include any other terms and conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the Institution.

6.2 M.M.H.C. reserves its right to change the Fee Structure.
